Bee Love Yoga grew out of my own need for steadiness, softness, and something that felt like home in the middle of a very full life. I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade, and what started as a way to move my body eventually became the place I returned to when everything else felt loud or overwhelming.
Yoga has met me in seasons of change, exhaustion, growth, heartbreak, and hope. It’s been less about perfect poses and more about learning how to stay with myself — even when things are messy, uncertain, or tender.
As a single parent balancing two jobs and raising two incredible humans, Luna and Sora, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. My practice has taught me that showing up for yourself doesn’t have to be dramatic or time-consuming. Sometimes it’s just a few conscious breaths, a gentle stretch, or a moment of kindness toward your own nervous system.
