A Little About Me
My yoga journey began over a decade ago when I first stepped onto the mat, looking for a way to manage stress and connect with myself. Over the years, yoga has become more than just a practice; it’s been my anchor, teacher, and way of finding balance in life.

As a single parent balancing two jobs, yoga has taught me the value of self-care and mindfulness. I hope to share this lesson with you through Bee Love Yoga.

The name “Bee Love Yoga” was inspired by bees’ hardworking, community-focused nature and the reminder to embody love in all we do. As bees create harmony and growth through connection, I hope this space helps you create harmony in your mind, body, and spirit.
